Pedagogical specialists in the U3 area (m/f/d)

The following positions in full time (38,5 hours/week) and part-time are to be placed in the daycare centre of the University Hospital of Bonn:

Your tasks:

• Self-responsible and high quality education and education of children from 0-3 or 3-6 years
• Lovely accompaniment of the children through the educational everyday life and the proactive participation of the daily routine
• Promoting emotional, cognitive and social development
• Observation and documentation of educational and development processes
• Participative work after the situation approach
• Implementation and participation in the further development of the pedagogical concept
• Partnership cooperation with parents and caregivers: door and hill talks, implementation of development talks and participation on parental evenings
• Participation in team meetings, supervisions and collegial consultations

Your profile:

• You have a state-recognized training as an educator*in, study of social work/social pedagogy or a comparable degree with an early childhood focus
• You are flexible in time as part of our opening hours
• You have passion and creativity for work with children
• You prepare a participative everyday design joy
• You are willing and interested in the implementation of child protection and inclusion education
• You own initiative and commitment in team work
