What you do with us:

As part of the operational integration management (BEM), you take over the control, organisation and implementation in our logistics areas – taking into account the legal framework. You conduct confidential initial discussions and advise both employees and executives with fingertips and expertise. Together with the participants, you develop individual action plans for successful reintegration. You work closely with internal and external stakeholders – e.g. with the Works Council, the Representation of Disabled Persons, the Medical Service, Professionals for Safety at Work, Rehabilitation Carriers and Integration Services. The process monitoring and documentation of the BEM process is also within your responsibility. You will take care of the application of grants and aids to the competent bodies such as the Integration Office or pension insurance bodies. Intensive interface work with logistics managers as well as employee representatives and HR business partners responsible for logistics

You can demonstrate a completed training or study in the field of health management, occupational safety, BEM or a comparable qualification. First experiences from a generalist HR role, e.g. as a personnel consultant:in or HR business partner:in. You will bring several years of experience in the discussion and moderation.
