Technical coordination of the building and property team Project management of renovation, construction and property projects, administrative control, cost and time control Coordination of cooperation with KVJS stakeholders, architects, specialist engineers and other project participants Capital and property management including rental and lease Responsibility for the Central Procurement Agency and implementation of procurement procedures Development and establishment of uniform standards, processes and control instruments in the building and property sector Compiling reports, forums and decision-making templates Cooperation in project groups Special tasks in coordination with the Head of Unit

completed degree or bachelor's degree in the advanced non-technical service (Public Management), Business Administration, Economics or a comparable degree relevant expertise in municipal participation management or Construction and property management very good oral and written expressiveness, communication skills and a high degree of responsibility multi-year relevant professional experience is advantageous good knowledge and practical experience in MS Office and SAP are advantageous driving licence class B
