Senior Payroll Specialist – People & Culture (m/f/d)

For your billing circuit, you will take the monthly billing of payment independently taking into account social insurance and wage tax requirements with the help of the DATEV billing system and all upstream and downstream tasks You actively support team leadership in coordinating, developing and leading the Payroll team You bring a pronounced digital affinity and a fundamentally high understanding of HR systems with You actively accompany and work with new HR systems in projects and introduce your payroll expertise You advise and accompany our employees on all questions relating to pay billing and personal care You regularly communicate with social media, financial offices and other institutions and accompany audits You actively work on higher-level processes in the course of payroll accounting

You have many years of relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity and well-founded knowledge of pay billing as well as of pay tax and social security law Your commercial training, ideally with the additional qualification to the personal businessman/wife, you successfully completed You have a strong understanding of digital processes and interfaces and are able to capture and actively accompany complex relationships between payroll and ERP systems First leadership experience or the willingness to take responsibility as a deputy team leader, complete your profile You work independently and reliably Through your proactive and service-oriented work, you will be happy to accompany proactive employees and topics In stressful phases, you set the right priorities, do not let yourself be rested and have fun working in the team You have a high level of quality with a view to detail You bring very good German and good English skills and are routined in dealing with MS Office
