Pre-planning, creating potential/location analyses, cost estimates and testing of cost estimates of third parties, creating first designs with CAD, creating feasibility analyses, if necessary tendering, awarding and commissioning of potential and feasibility studies including order fulfillment control Implementation of inventories and the implementation and verification of economic analysis, including depreciation, post-calculation and deviation analysis, preparation of decision-making templates (basic determination) Collection of requirements, design of space programs and creation of plan bases, targets and schedules Represent the owner's interests vis-à-vis developers, distributors and dispositories, neighbours, users, etc., control of approval planning and requests to obtain the building permit Conception of the heat and energy supply of new, re- and expansion buildings with respect to sustainability aspects, economic efficiency, quarter solutions and efficiency standards and formulation of the task and control of the services by commissioned third parties Defining the planning steps, performance phases/performance images and procurement procedures for planning and construction services Preparation and implementation of procurement procedures for planning, engineering and construction services, creation of performance descriptions, commissioning and control of order filling Initiation and monitoring of procurement procedures of the awarding authority, preparation of award documents, construction and tender documents, determination of suitability criteria and economic efficiency, submission of technical opinions Exercise of the contracting and contracting function, interface to contractors or other third parties involved in the project Assessment of sampling Coordination of the respective project processes between all project participants Coordination and implementation of planning and construction meetings Technical monitoring of the planning and construction design, resource planning, control of the construction process, possibly via third parties, ensuring the project objectives, compliance with costs, dates and qualities Subsequent management, including verification of claims and defence of unauthorised claims

Qualification: Completed technical university studies (Diplom [FH] or Bachelor) of Architecture or Civil Engineering Competences: under three years of relevant experience in the work as a civil engineerin/architectin, in particular in the control and monitoring of civil engineering projects and/or in the planning and design of civil engineering projects Experience in the assignment and control of architectural and engineering services Practical experience in project management in the implementation of new housing and renovation projects Comprehensive knowledge of structural and public regulations and implementing rules for development measures Comprehensive experience in the realization of efficiency houses and the design of the respective heat and energy supply Funded knowledge in building, contract and contract law (BauGB, LBO, HOAI, VOB, VgV, UVgO etc.) Good knowledge of the engineering sections of HOAI and related regulations Knowledge of the implementation and verification of economic analysis Secure IT user knowledge Microsoft Office, CAD (e.g. ArchiCAD) and ideally other industry-specific software such as Microsoft Project Other: Green and careful operation with high reliability Good organisational skills, economic thinking and acting skills Ability to work quickly into changing tasks Good and rapid understanding Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Very good expressiveness in word and writing, pronounced communication skills Customer- / Address-oriented behaviour, pronounced and targeted negotiation skills Ability to act in a team-oriented manner, critique and social competence Good judgment combined with the ability to make decisions and take responsibility Driving licence class B as well as the readiness to run service car independently Willingness to participate in frequent (multi-day) training and service travel throughout the federal territory Successful participation in the selection process requires the requirement profile to be met.
