The Corporate Citizenship/CSR division, headquartered in Stuttgart, is part of the Integrity, Governance & Sustainability (IL), where more than 1,000 employees support the business of Mercedes-Benz Group AG on the issues of law, integrity, sustainability, compliance and data protection. Our department makes a significant contribution to this, among other things, with the tasks ''Strategy, Governance & Reporting, 'Corporate Donations & Memberships' and 'Employee Activation'. For the support and implementation of projects within these areas of work, we are looking for a dedicated reinforcement in the framework of an internship in full time at the Stuttgart/Untertürkheim site in the team “Corporate Citizenship Global Strategy, Governance & Impact”. In detail, the following tasks await you: As part of our beVisioneer team, you will be immersed in our role of Mercedes as “Founding Donor” at the beVisioneers Fellowship Program (the largest Fellowship Program for Young Eco-Innovator – funded by the proceeds of the auction of the Uhlenhaut Coupé – the most expensive automobile in history) to support us with various tasks around the young fellows! Our department is also responsible for the worldwide definition of all donation policies for Mercedes-Benz – you would play a role in creating guides/Guidance documents to support all global employees (through our internal Corporate Citizenship Social Intranet) Support for various communication topics in the internal intranet, for example when creating articles about our non-profit projects and weekly update of Spotlight Stories on the IMPACTS Space Research for NGOs for potential international projects and support in the design and reporting of different NGO projects Translations of German and English texts. Studies in business, jure, communication, social and cultural sciences or in adjacent areas High affinity for CSR topics Analytical thinking and rapid understanding (in particular in the context of information research and summary of results) Ability to create/prepare texts Self-responsibility and self-responsibility to meet colleagues Solution-oriented and creative work Very good MS Office knowledge, especially PowerPoint Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Impressed team skills and helpfulness Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
