Freight Guide Management: Active Control, Negotiating and Purchasing Transport Capacity

Disposition: Planning and coordination of national and international transports and of the entrepreneurship park

Tour Optimization: Ensuring the best possible utilization, reducing empty kilometers and efficient use of your own fleet

Transport development: Expansion and optimization of LTL/FTL traffic

Communication: Regular exchange with customers and carriers

Process security: compliance with operational processes such as daily accounts and entrepreneurial accounting

Price offers: Creation of daily price offers

Special drives: organisation and disposition of special transports

Complete training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services or comparable qualification

Experience in the disposition of national/international transports

Safe handling of MS Office and transport management systems

Motivation, communication and enforcement strength, resilience and negotiation skills

Self-employed, quality- and cost-conscious work

Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English in word and writing; Other languages are advantageous
