In your position as Chef de Partie, you take responsibility for your post and ensure smooth operations and highest quality standards. Even in stressful situations, you keep an overview and actively contribute to providing our guests with unforgettable culinary experiences. You prepare your layers independently, organize your Mise en Place efficiently and ensure that all workflows are structured, clean and professional. In addition, you are actively involved in the co-design of our menu, introduce creative ideas and continuously develop existing dishes. You run a small team on your post, instruct trainees and Commis and support their professional and personal development. As a reliable contact person, you are looking for a motivating team atmosphere and a strong relationship in the kitchen. As an experienced cook, you work with passion at the stove, have a strong quality awareness and carry your post at any time sovereign, independent and with a lot of commitment.

You have a successfully completed training as a chef (m/w/d) and already first professional experience – ideally as a chef or in a comparable position. You work independently, structured and keep a cool head even in stressful situations. You like to take responsibility for your post and are a reliable team player. You speak fluent German; English skills are of advantage. You are passionate about modern, international cuisine and bring passion for high-quality products and creative food concepts. You have the right to continue professionally and personally and share your knowledge with others. You support trainees, Commis and new colleagues with patience and joy in their incorporation. You not only bring your professional skills with you, but also convince by personality, commitment, sense of responsibility and team spirit.
