Professional and disciplinary management of the organizational unit and responsibility for personnel deployment and development of employees Development and evaluation of the crisis management of the Hamburg energy networks, including crisis rod exercises in cooperation with other network operators Creation of directives and action instructions on crisis management and network rebuilding taking into account legal requirements and standards Development and implementation of strategic network operating concepts and legally required measures in coordination with other business areas Creation of reports on supply quality and responsibility for legal reporting obligations under the Incentive Regulation (ARegV) Monitoring the provision of contractually agreed performance of the external security service provider by controlling and coordinating Represent the point of view of company security in (new) construction projects and recommendation of measures Organize and follow all planning instruments of commercial management (cost planning, external services and other) for the entire business area in coordination with the financial sector Track and maintain the reported risks from the business with regard to security of supply and business

Complete university studies in electrical engineering or comparable At least 5 years of professional experience in a relevant area First leadership experience desirable as well as experience in project management and strategic thinking Knowledge of energy and business Strong communication and conversation management techniques for effective cooperation Ability to resolve conflicts and interdisciplinary work to achieve common goals
