V. is an intercultural child and youth aid facility and currently offers refugees and young people aged six to 18 from Ukraine a family home. We are looking for a reinforcement at the next possible time for our housing group teams at the Freiburg and Bad Krozingen site.

(m/w/d) Supporting a group management and pedagogical team in the Residential Group team: children and youth at all challenges in emotional and organic everyday life. You are planning, structuring, accompanying and supporting the day-to-day work as well as everyday and special tasks, such as school and leisure activities. You are actively working on the development and implementation of education and assistance planning as well as on housing concepts and take over your own areas of responsibility. You shape targeted and reflected educational measures in everyday life. You promote emotional self-control and support the development of self-employment. You build a development-promoting relationship and work with parents and social source/reference systems of children and youth.

You have a degree as a youth and home educator: in (m/w/d) or a completed study of social education, medical education, education, education and a comparable qualification. You are ready to work in the shift service (day shift and night readiness). Ideally, you already have work experience. You identify yourself with the Christian profile of our work. You bring stability and reliability in dealing with challenging and secure children.
