Controllers - PowerBI / Excel / Controlling (m/f/d)

We are a regional, medium-sized property owner in family ownership, with a focus on residential and commercial properties in the Großraum Mönchengladbach and left Lower Rhine. Starting from the textile industry with cotton spinning mills in Germany and abroad, the entrepreneurial focus changed to the real estate sector at the beginning of the 1960s.

Today, as a family business in the 4th generation and with more than 60 years of experience in the real estate industry, we create living and working spaces for thousands of people, are important partners for politics, business and social associations and shape the image of the city of Mönchengladbach in many places.

As a stockholder, we focus on the management and development of residential and commercial properties in our own possession and continue to expand continuously through purchase and project development. Financial and equity controlling You develop and advise our main financial controlling tools from our ERP system in PowerBI or Excel (e.g. cash flow overview, residual mortgage overview, net rent overview, asset overview, etc.) You work with the introduction of a regular management report for the management, the new partner and advisory level as well as for important partners (including banks) You optimierst and perform further operating controlling tools (DLL) You work in the development of a participation controlling Digitization: You will accompany the introduction and coordination of the digital billing In addition (depending on qualification & development) We also see the following areas of responsibility as part of the role and can be taken over by you, depending on your qualifications and personal development. Financing: You prepare content and accompany the further development and implementation of our financing strategy (including interest-rate security) You support the search and expansion of our banking pool You prepare bank discussions together with the management and accompany them In preparation and regular preparation of financing documents & economic analysis Portfolio Management: You work on building a structured assessment logic for the portfolio along several dimensions You support analytically in identifying objects with sales / optimization potential or Ampel logic Real Estate Sales: You support in buying/purchasing processes through analyses, documentation processing, etc. You are working on the further development of our buying tool Project Compagnie: You support selected projects as part of the corporate restructuring of the group

Education You have a degree in the field of BWL, Economics, Finance or Controlling or a comparable degree course with a focus on finance/controlling or a commercial training with corresponding training Further training in the fields of financing, taxes or real estate is welcome, but no need Qualification You bring multi-year professional experience in controlling or financial environment (min. 4 years) First experience in controlling real estate portfolios are a big plus You work very safely with Excel and ideally have experience with Power BI or comparable reporting tools You have experience in creating, analyzing and developing reports, key figures and economic analysis You have a good understanding of business relationships, in particular cash flow, liquidity and economy You're safe with MS Office and open to digital processes and new tools Personal characteristics You have a reliable, structured and independent way of working You work in dealing with numbers accurately, carefully and responsibly You think analytically, question relationships and prepare results clearly and understandably on You like to work in the team, actively engage and communicate openly and solution-oriented You show your own initiative and enjoy working in new tasks
