Corporate Security Officer (m/f/d)

Internal processing and testing of personal processes according to legal requirements, including application and care of personal data Responsibility for written and telephone correspondence with security authorities and advice on corporate security issues Organisation, implementation and documentation of safety instructions, destruction of personal data and exhibition of visitor IDs or Photo-approvals decentralised management of the access control system, processing of access alarms in the control center, clarification of incidents and introduction of necessary measures Monitoring of audits by the Federal Data Protection Officer and processing of general business security issues

Successfully completed technical training or professional training as well as several years of professional experience with relevant continuing training Secure handling of department-related IT systems, especially MS Office and SAP Good knowledge of English, strong written and oral expression and high customer and service orientation Reliability, security awareness, administrative and organizational skills combined with enforcement and decision-making Embossed team capacity, friendly appearance also in stress situations and joy in contact as well as dealing with people
