Our client is a modern tax and legal consultancy office with around 50 employees and seat in the Allgäu. The firm offers holistic support in the areas of tax consulting, controlling, payroll and financial accounting as well as legal advice – all under one umbrella. A special focus is on digitized processes, sustainable client support and interdisciplinary cooperation.

In the course of further digitalization, we are looking for you at the next possible time: a communicative, proactive and design-friendly personality that plays a central role as IT process manager, digital consultant, IT process consultant, manager digital processes (m/w/d).

You are an IT professional who not only understands digitalization but also lives? Do you think process-oriented, trade your own initiative and want to actively promote changes? [FSH/128455] Analyze, optimize and develop digital processes within the firm and with clients Conduct and implement IT and digitalization projects (e.g. MS 365, cloud solutions, interfaces) Create, maintain and automate the financial accounting of digital clients Coordinate interfaces between firm, clients and authorities and introduce new digital tools Rate, school and accompany clients in the use and development of digital applications

Technical background: Complete training or studies in the field of IT / digitalization – Your subject is secondary, more important are IT competence and enthusiasm for consulting Experience: Funded knowledge in handling digital tools (ideally DATEV, MS 365, DMS systems) and first experience in process optimization and project management Soft Skills: Communicative, proactive, solution-oriented and with a high design will Consultancy skills: joy in direct client contact and the ability to explain complex topics in a comprehensible way Own initiative: You critically question processes and actively introduce innovative solutions
