Doncasters Precision Castings-Bochum GmbH manufactures approx. 600 employees Running and guide vanes for aircraft engines and stationary gas turbines in fine casting. The Bochum production casts both polycrystalline and directed or monocrystalline solidified components.

Participation in the assessment and handling of complaints, application of the common Q tools (5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D) Implementation of measures to optimize existing processes Implementation of quality assurance training Working with audits (internal audits and supplier audits) Implementation of quality tests Support in the production and testing of certificates Supporting customer product removal for serial parts Other quality assurance activities

Complete studies in mechanical engineering, foundry technology, material sciences or comparable training Experience in quality with practical knowledge about DIN 9001 and DIN 9100 Knowledge of common quality tools and problem solving techniques Knowledge in Audits (product/process) Very good English skills in word and writing Good level of team and communication skills and resilience Structured, analytical, targeted and result-oriented mode of operation
