Processing of customer requests and creation of offers Order processing and coordination of dates for truck repairs and maintenance Creation and processing of invoices as well as monitoring of payment inputs Administration of spare parts and stocks (order parts and book parts) Communication with suppliers and external service providers Maintenance of customer data and creation of reports Support of workshop staff in administrative tasks Processing of warranty claims

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Experience in the field of truck service, automotive or a similar industry of advantage Good knowledge in order processing and accounting Safe handling of relevant software programs (e.g. goods management systems, MS Office) Organisational skill and ability to set priorities Good communication skills and customer-oriented appearance Teamability and reliability Knowledge of spare parts management Technical understanding necessary
