As a real estate manager, you are able to manage our real estate contracts and properties commercially from A to Z. Your area of responsibility includes the exercise, if necessary also enforcement and monitoring of all rights and obligations arising from our contracts, as well as the processing of all processes for managing our properties. In addition to the processing of rights and burdens to foreign property owned and owned by the Group companies, the processing of operating costs, including the delivery and delivery of basic tax returns, is your responsibility. In addition, you will develop the design and implementation of new processes.

You have completed real estate business training or comparable qualifications and have already been able to gain several years of professional experience in the real estate management sector. Real estate and property management, operating costs incl. complete basic tax processing as well as rights and charges on land are not foreign words for you! Your profile is rounded off by sound MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge and first experience in SAP. Personally, you can convince us by a conscientious and solution-oriented way of working, flexibility and team capacity. Class B driving licence is required for activity.
