What you do with us: Be at the forefront: You will participate in various activities of the regional recruiters: in the REWE team or in the PENNY team. Take responsibility: by conducting telephone interviews for vacancies in our markets (e.g. market leader, seller with cashier activity). Your expertise is available: You are responsible for the job advertisements. Make decisions: You select applications received. Your support is in demand: You take administrative activities (e.g. system care, applicant correspondence, scheduling).

What convinces us: First of all your personality: Your strong communication skills and your independent, structured and conscientious way of working. High motivation, commitment and team skills complete your profile. Your studies in the field of psychology, business management, social sciences, economics or a comparable field. First practical experience, ideally from an internship or a student job (not necessarily already in recruiting). Good PC user knowledge in common MS Office products. Your enthusiasm for the topics listed above and ideally six-month availability.
