These are your tasks Technical and disciplinary management of the service documentation team Planning and control of technical documentation tasks as well as the associated organisational processes according to internal and external guidelines Strategic development of the area with regard to documentation strategy, editorial standards, processes and tools in the context of growing digitalization Creation and approval of technical documentation in the team Close cooperation with relevant specialist departments for technical clarification Promoting targeted communication with the service organization and the customers Active participation of new documentation concepts and their infrastructure in internal and group-wide projects

This will bring you completed technical studies or technical training with several years of professional experience; alternative a comparable qualification Experience in the management of employees and in the management of projects Multiannual experience in technical or service-oriented documentation Representative communication and social competence Cross-disciplinary, process-oriented thinking and a high affinity for digital technologies Safe handling of common IT programs as well as experience with Adobe Tools, 3D software and CAD based illustrations Technical interest and ideal knowledge in after sales Very good expression in German and good English skills
