Internship in Product Development I: Food Ingredients

Our Food Ingredients Business Unit develops and produces special functional ingredients for a wide range of applications in the processing food industry. During your internship, you will become part of our dedicated team and get exciting insights into product development for applications in the areas of Bakery & Sweet, Savoury and Dairy.

You not only support us in day-to-day business, you also take responsibility for your own small projects – from idea to implementation. Don't worry: Any questions or challenges will help you with experienced colleagues* – we work as a team and support each other.

You are actively working on developing new functional ingredients for food applications You are planning, conducting and documenting independently experimental series in the laboratory or technician You produce product samples and carry out various application tests You accompany stability tests – including sensory evaluations and chemical-physical analyses You support the development and optimization of application recipes for our customers* You get exciting insights into adjacent areas such as production and analytics

You are currently studying food technology or a comparable degree course – or you have already completed your studies You bring technological understanding and interest in functional ingredients and their application with You have ideally gained first experience in the laboratory or technic You work carefully, structured and independent You're safe with MS Office You communicate very well in German and English Ideally, you have a class B driving licence (for occasional care journeys)

With us you are an intern or a student from the first day to an important part of our team. After your onboarding, you enter the daily business, get to know our processes and even take on your own project responsibility.
