Complete university studies in the fields of architecture, civil engineering or technical training in the field of civil engineering Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position of advantage; also for cross-comers with experience in construction and project management Good user knowledge in a billing and calculation program (ideally ARRIBA/RIB iTWO) High level of technical and economic understanding and sense of responsibility Ready-to-use, team capacity as well as independent, committed and careful working
