Planning, control and optimization of efficient production processes Ensuring material availability and coordination of resources Creation of production plans, lists and work instructions Support for new processes and technologies for process improvement Interface between production and quality assurance Analysis and optimization of existing processes in terms of efficiency and quality Documentation and compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Completed training in the chemical sector, ideally with further training to the technician (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Relevant professional experience in work preparation or production planning within the chemical industry Very good knowledge of production planning, lean management and process optimization Secure handling of SAP and common MS Office applications Embossed analytical thinking as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working High level of initiative, team spirit and communication strength
