In close coordination with the management of intralogistics, you are responsible for the organization and coordination of the workflows in our Lübeck camp. Starting with the work preparation via the personnel deployment and holiday planning up to the control of the material/stocks, make sure the delivery is accurate to date and quality. You process returns and complaints and carry out inventory. By using different lean management methods (e.g. Shopfloor, 5S), you are constantly developing the processes. As a professional leadership for your 20-member team, you will not only delegate, but also actively participate in the operational daily business.

Successfully completed further education on the logistics master or studies with a focus on logistics (e.g. BWL for logistics, specialist for logistics) or comparable First management experience Secure application of the MS Office package and experience in handling an ERP system (e.g. SAP) Implementation and enforcement strength and a high level of communication Are you an open and powerful personality with a clear and cooperative leadership style?
