You receive outpatient assistance, in particular according to § 30 and § 31 SGB VIII, as well as further assistance within the scope of our services. You accompany families in their daily lives and support them with individual challenges. You strengthen existing resources and develop sustainable solutions together with the families. You plan and design the outpatient help independently. You work with youth offices, schools, counselling centres and other professionals involved. You participate in help schedule talks and document the help course professionally.

A completed study in social work, social education, psychology, pedagogy, education or a comparable qualification Basic knowledge of outpatient assistance for education according to SGB VIII, in particular § 30 and § 31 An appreciative and sensitive approach to people in different situations of life Reliability, sense of responsibility and independent working Joy of self-responsibility work and at the same time professional exchange in the team Interest in introducing your own ideas and actively shaping work processes
