As a team leader (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you are technically and disciplinaryly responsible for a 15-person team responsible for credit testing and acting as the first point of contact between sales staff and customers. Your tasks essentially include: Discipline leadership and development of the 15 employees, also through instruction in practice (training on the job) Technical support of the team and responsibility of the following topics: Examination and analysis of building financing applications taking into account the economic and legal frameworks Credit decision as part of the transferred competences Creation of credit votes and decision templates Creation of credit contracts Application for KFW loan and creation of KFW grant Verification and decision on deposit securitisation

Analysis and assessment of complex financing requests Digitization and automation of tasks in compliance with defined quality standards Participation in projects and permanent business process optimization proactive support of the team in the upcoming transformation processes (including the establishment of new fields of activity in the working environment)

Completed training to the bank clerk / to the bank clerk (IHK) Continuing training for banker / banker, at best with focus on real estate business Multiannual professional experience in (private) housing financing leadership experience desirable
