What can't be missing from a smartphone? Exactly, the microchip – the heart of any electronically controlled system. About 80 percent of all microchips worldwide are manufactured using ZEISS technologies. ZEISS is a technology leader in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. What would be a lithography optics without the electronics and software controlling them? There would be no chance to achieve the necessary imaging precision. Only the control electronics of a lithography optics combined with the associated sensors and actuators ensure that the optics elements are aligned with the utmost accuracy up to several tens of thousands of times per second in the closed control loop, thereby enabling the necessary precision in the exposure process.

Our work in the product electronics and product software departments focuses on all areas of electronics development: analog and digital hardware development, real time and non-realtime software development, FPGA design and verification as well as electrical design. We cover all steps from requirements management, design, prototype construction, testing and industrialization. derive from partial goals and dates from the requirements and planning of iterations and their delivery items

Planning budget and agile developer teams to achieve project milestones

Solution of technical and terminological conflicts with the team and drawing up an MVP solution approach

Support of service providers and acceptance of development booths

Planning of iterative releases and performing release meetings with customers

Presentation of project status on system days and milestone decreases

completed studies of technical computer science, electronics or physics

minimum. 3 years of experience in the lateral guidance of employees

Experience in the development of embedded software for complex software products preferably in agile procedure

Experience in Requirement Engineering as well as design and documentation of embedded systems

well-founded experience in the hardware development of embedded systems under C, C++ or Python

sound experience in the Linux development environment
