Designing a Transformation to the Experience Champion: They set impulses for a first-class employee experience – from the first interaction to offboarding.

Identify and develop talents: They ensure that potentials become visible, accompany career paths and promote sustainable succession planning.

Position HR as a Business Enabler: They ensure that HR topics are perceived not as administrative but as business-critical.

Data-driven decisions: They analyze area structures, people KPIs and processes, and manage data-based measures to increase performance and engagement.

Control change processes: They accompany transformations, drive new organizational models forward and ensure smooth implementation.

strategically design: They work closely with our social partners and create solutions that are economically sensible and employee-oriented.

Multiannual experience as HR Business Partner (m/w/d) or in a comparable role with a strong focus on transformation

Understanding Leadership, Change Management and Talent Development

High consulting skills and the ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions

Embossed analytical and data-driven approach to deriving effective measures

Communication strength, persuasiveness and joy in acting as Trusted Advisor on C levels

Experience in cooperation with works councils and a sovereign handling of labour law issues

Flowing German and English skills complete your profile
