In this position, you can plan and design our active (ope­rative) projects and participate from the application phase to the project conclusion. In addition, you will support and assist the project teams in the development of new communications and organizational structures within the product areas. The preparation, planning and moderation of demanding work-shops is also part of your work programme, as well as the support of the project teams in the agile and class environment to optimise their processes and procedures. The assessment of real­time potentials by economic and time dimensions in relation to the success of the project is also part of your specific task.

In addition to several years of experience in the field of consulting and project, the optimal precondition for this position is a complete economic or social study. Ideally, you will bring a non-recurring IPMA level D training or a comparable qualification in the project man­agement and pro­vide a wide range of experience in the agile environment. In addition, you have a high level of communication skills and are characterised by the characteristics of modern working technologies and a value-saving basis.
