Your tasks:

• Programming and setting up CNC lathes
• operation of CNC turning milling centers
• Production of prototypes, individual parts and small series according to drawing
• Monitor and optimize the manufacturing process
• Measuring and testing the manufactured parts according to technical specifications
• Implementation of quality controls with various measuring instruments
• Maintenance and maintenance of CNC machines
• Support in error analysis and correction
• Use of conventional lathes for production or reworking
• Documentation of production processes and quality testing

Your profile:

• Completed training as a lathe (m/w/d) or machining mechanic (m/w/d)
• Multiannual professional experience in CNC turning, ideally with Siemens controls
• Safe handling of technical drawings and independent measuring and testing activities
• Precise, careful and structured operation
• High operational readiness, reliability and team capability
• Good knowledge of German communication in the team
