In order to strengthen the team and to meet the further growth and high quality standards of the company, we are looking for a full-time (38,5 hours/week) for the Kiel headquarters.

Analysis and inclusion of existing warehouse processes (stock receipt, commissioning, packaging, loading, returns, etc.) in cooperation with the branches Identification of optimization potentials in terms of productivity, inventory accuracy and cost-effectiveness Co-operation / Responsibility in the Conception, Introduction and Development of Intralogistics Processes, in particular Revision of the Performance Reward System in Commissioning (Premium) Analysis and conception of hazardous materials and hazardous goods handling Support in implementing new systems and tools (e.g. WMS adaptations) including test, documentation and training Preparation and monitoring of pilot projects and rollouts at the sites Support in the run-up of new locations Close cooperation with IT and our branches Voting with the works council Support in the evaluation of key figures (e.g. productivity, error rates, service degree) and derivation of measures Supporting our branch as part of professional support

Completed commercial training or studies in the field of logistics, business management or comparable Experience in the field of operational intralogistics of advantage Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) High organizational competence, reliability and discretion Embossed communication skills and team orientation Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Very good German knowledge, English knowledge of advantage
