Trainee Finance / Risk Management (m/f/d)

For our Finance & Risk Management (FI) department, we are looking for a trainee finance & risk management (m/w/d) from 01.01.2027. As part of our 12-month trainee program, you will get the opportunity to immerse yourself in the core areas of financial control, risk management and strategic topics such as overall banking control and digitalization. You actively participate in the further development of our bank by introducing innovative ideas, analyzing existing structures and opting for processes and systems. After successful completion, you take a responsible position and deepen your expertise in a clearly defined focus.

Financial controlling and reporting Budget monitoring and plan-actual deviation analyses Creation and presentation of management reports for management Optimization of internal controlling processes, for example by using new BI tools

Risk management Analysis and validation of risk models and implementation of stress tests Monitoring risk limits and creating risk reports Simulation of interest rate change scenarios and calculation of risk margins

Treasury and balance sheet management of liquidity flows and insight into bank refinancing sources Support for monthly and annual accounts and cooperation with auditors

Innovation projects Participation in projects such as the development of digital banking solutions and new strategies Application of agile project management and design thinking

You have a successfully completed training as a bank clerk or a bank clerk or an economic study with a focus on finance or banking You are interested in financial markets, controlling, risk management and digitalization and want to deepen your knowledge in these areas Ideally, you have knowledge of Atruvia systems and control MS Office products safely You have an analytical mindset and you're going to work with a high self-initiative You are a team player and brings joy in introducing new ideas and actively improving processes You are open to changes, flexible and reliable in your work
