Product Owner (w/d)

Discipline and professional leadership of an agile development team Management and prioritization of the product backlog according to the business value in close cooperation with internal stakeholders Creating technical concepts for implementing business requirements together with the development team Technical solution responsibility (function / quality / performance / wartability) for the tasks of the agile development team

Multiannual professional experience in software development, ideally already first leadership experience Deep technical understanding with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure and software development tools Strategic thinking, outcome-oriented action and strong analytical skills Agiles Mindset / Leadership with the ability to inspire others, empower and motivate others Excellent communication skills and excellent knowledge of German and English
