Processing of supplier, customer and internal complaints Creation and Persecution of 8D/4D Reports Implementation and professional completion of technical complaint talks with customers and suppliers Taxation of analyses Measuring and checking components and tracking dates Introduction, definition and monitoring of storage measures Monitoring of plastic injection moulding, electronic and mechanical processes Participation in the creation of FMEAs / FMEA-Moderation

Complete technical training and professional experience in quality management Good technical understanding, including technical drawings, as well as a quick understanding Good communication skills as well as analytical, structured and detailed procedures Knowledge of requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA volumes High quality and responsibility awareness also under term printing Good PC knowledge and safe handling of an ERP and CAQ system, ideally pro-ALPHA and Babtec Safe handling of statistical evaluation methods Knowledge of plastic design and metalworking Auditor qualification VDA 6.3/ IATF 16949 / ISO9001 desirable Safe handling of common testing and measuring technology Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
