Complete studies in library and information management, information sciences or comparable qualifications Leadership and multi-year professional and management experience in a public library or comparable institution Knowledge and experience in change management for libraries and joy in developing and implementing new concepts Willingness to act, team capacity and persuasiveness Customer friendliness and service orientation
