Self-employed and on-time implementation of the salary bill for approx. 400 employees Contact persons for health insurance, social security institutions, professional cooperatives and other authorities Creation, maintenance and evaluation of statistics and reporting Administrative processing of our benefits Personal cost planning using our software program Implementation and supervision of pay tax and social security checks Implementation of annual accounts Participation in the professionalization of our HR-Payroll area

Successfully completed training to/from the tax specialist, specialist assistant/in salary, employee/wife, certified/wage calculator, tax specialist, tax consultant, Bachelor of Arts or similar commercial training Long-term experience in wage and salary accounting Extensive knowledge of labour law, pay tax law and social security law as well as in the field of certification Experience in the supervision of non-remuneration and audits by the pension insurance institution Applicability of wage billing systems ideally ADDISON SBS Versified handling of all common MS Office programs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detailed and structured working methods, independentness, service orientation as well as discretion and responsibility Flowing German and good English skills
