This includes: the manual assignment of payment inputs Transfer of mistransfers clarification and processing of credits on contractual accounts telephone support of customers and intermediaries on issues arising from the Area payment transactions settlement of transfer, cheque and debit tracers Supporting customers with special billing procedures (Avise), e.g. large customers

Further development and optimization of payment processes Test support for process changes in payment transactions, e.g. adjustment of Autobank Filter Conceptual development of optimisation ideas for the use of digital payment methods
