In this responsible position, as Head of Production (m/w/d), you take over the technical and disciplinary management of around 130 employees. Just as well as reliably control and monitor all production and filling processes of our fresh products and coordinate the associated maintenance. With care and organizational skills, you ensure smooth workflows and ensure high-quality production. We also know your budget and investment planning in the best hands. In addition, you will introduce your know-how to various projects that will accompany you or carry out yourself in a professional manner. In addition, you are involved in the continuous improvement of the organization, production and technology – that we are well positioned in the future.
