Customer support: You are the first contact person for our customers, accept workshop requests and coordinate appointments. Planning & coordination: For optimal appointment and coordinate the capacities within the workshop Order Management: You create and process workshop orders, take care of a smooth process and inform our customers. Invoicing: You first set cost estimates (KVA) and explain the final calculations during vehicle pickup. Communication: You keep the contact with customers – also occasionally in English – and make them smooth service processing.

A completed commercial or technical training (e.g. automobile/industrial merchant, forwarding merchant or motor vehicle mechanic) Complete master training in the field of commercial vehicle technology, body and vehicle construction or a comparable field of expertise is desirable. Team spirit and cohesion have the highest priority for you Experience in the service area, fleet management or workshop environment is advantageous Very good knowledge of German, English are a plus Safe handling of MS Office and a structured, solution-oriented operation A friendly, customer-oriented appearance and the ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations
