Keeping track of Service Now Tickets and assigning them within the organization Creating and detecting reports of the internal customer ́s requests Communicating with internal stakeholders address inquiries and provide information Collaborating on the creation and design of the internal customer newsletter Co-designing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives globally Supporting in coordination team events and workshops to promote collaboration

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program Professional in computer skills, including MS365; familiarity with SharePoint or Service Now is plus Fluent in English; English & Spanish are a plus Problem-solving behavior and customer focused and end-to-end-thinking Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
