The ''Research and Development Contracts'' department is responsible for the design, negotiation and conclusion of research and development contracts with business companies and cooperation partners in the national and international environment. Contents are, inter alia, the general contract law and the law of intellectual property.

Immediately integrated into the project, you will be able to provide advice to several of our institutes in all contractual matters in the field of ''Research and Development (R & D)''. They actively design and negotiate R & D contracts (including cooperation agreements and secrecy agreements) with national and international contractual partners. Due to your communication skills and your result-oriented way of working, contract negotiations lead to a successful conclusion.
