Your challenges:

• First setup MDM: You take the setup of MDM solutions (iOS and Android) with our customers.
• MDM solution management: You are responsible for the management of our customers' MDM solutions during operation.
• Customer Inquiries:You answer customer inquiries competently and implement the requirements accordingly.
• On and offboarding: You take on and offboarding employees in the MDM system.
• Support and customer service: You can help our customers with all questions about MDM with advice and action.

Our Wishlist:

• Experience: You have gained experience with various MDM solutions.
• Customer orientation: You have a good understanding of the situations of our customers and always desire customer-oriented.
• IT-Skills: You have basic IT skills.
• ** You work structured and conscientious.
• Additional qualifications: Ideally, you have experiences with Apple DEP/ABM, Google Zero Touch or similar programs.
