Your duties include:

Consultation and support of departments in organizational matters Implementation of workplace interviews Monitoring of organisational studies Personnel requirement determination Participation in the in-house job assessments (grouping according to TVöD and official reviews) Participation and monitoring of the general service Support of project work Special tasks

Your qualifications are:

completed studies as Bachelor of Arts – Public Management / Dipl. Manager (m/w/d) (FH) or comparable qualification (e.g. ascent officers) well-founded experience and knowledge in administration analytical, solution-oriented thinking and action Commitment and Responsibility the ability to work into new topics and complex issues
