We are looking for a flexible springer force for our health education groups at Hunsrück, which brings with it much empathy, serenity and a high degree of humor and is open to new ideas and innovative professional approaches.

As a Springerkraft, you support the Hunsrück housing groups in everyday educational life after consultation with the furnishing management. According to the motto “now here, tomorrow there” you will be used flexibly. But you get your schedule in advance and you already know weeks before when you work. Of course, you should not miss the participation in supervisions, trainings and team meetings – depending on where you are currently in use! The three to six-month period of incorporation as “Onboarding” takes place in a fixed housing group.

Tasks

• Responsibility for the design of everyday pedagogical work in the respective housing group
• Cooperation with team, educational and organisation management
• Solution and resource-oriented work in the legal aid plan procedure
• Targeted educational support and support for children in the emotional, social and life-structural field to achieve general stability
• Promoting democratic thinking and co-determination
• Implementation of the internal protection concept
