Project Manager Development (m/f/d)

You define and plan projects in the context of customer requests, product changes and new developments in close cooperation with specialist areas such as product management, sales and R&E You create and monitor detailed project plans (time, capacity, budget), set milestones and document the results You conduct agile project teams professionally, coordinate tasks and responsibilities and moderate workshops as well as sessions on problem solving You identify and evaluate project risks and develop risk mitigation measures You regularly communicate with stakeholders, team members and customers, create status reports and presentations and coach the team according to the specified project management methods You document the project progress and drive forward continuous improvements in project management

You have a completed high-level or professional qualification as well as a technical or business studies (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification You have professional experience in project management and in the independent processing of product development projects You have a well-founded knowledge of common office applications and SAP as well as knowledge of German and English You bring basic knowledge in system engineering, Lean methods are advantageous You have a class B driving licence and bring about a readiness to travel by about 10%.
