As HR Manager, you take over the professional management and task management of HR Specialists and ensure compliance with statutory, operational and individual contractual provisions. The implementation of personnel selection meetings for professionals and executives as well as the implementation of measures in the area of Compensation & Benefits are one of your key tasks. They design and implement HR projects in coordination with HR Manager (level 2), create and maintain associated project plans and controlling reports. They advise and support in personnel-relevant and labour-law issues, participate in the development and optimization of HR processes and accompany the design of operating agreements. Through targeted internal and external communication and continuous progress monitoring, you contribute significantly to the success of HR projects.

A completed study with the focus on personnel, organization or labour law or a comparable qualification forms your technical basis. They have relevant experience as HR Manager or HR Referent and well-founded knowledge of the company's constitutional, labour and social security law. Very good English skills in word and writing, negotiation skills and entrepreneurial thinking are an advantage of other foreign languages (Spanish, French). They are safe in handling SAP/R3 (HR) and MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and MS Visio, and have a strong understanding of data analysis and processing. Your working method is structured, strong and team-oriented and you will also bring experience in the application of process optimization methods.
