Working Student Location Management (m/f/d)

As a working student:in the field of location management, you take the following, diverse tasks: Contact:in: You are the central point of contact for all location-related topics – from access cards to space bookings. Office organization: You are responsible for a smooth operation in the office day and perform tasks such as material orders, post-processing as well as the organisation of reception and administration. Coordination of service providers: You control external service providers (e.g. cleaning, plant care or technology) and ensure reliable cooperation. Tool and system maintenance: You support the maintenance and further development of our internal tools such as SharePoint, employee shop and info screen. Event and project support: You accompany internal events, moves and smaller projects with a good view for organization and details. Innovation & Optimization: You bring your own ideas to improve processes and develop new, efficient solutions.

Study: You are at least one year registered:r Student:in the field of business, management, facility management or a comparable degree course. Organisation & environment: You enjoy organization, communication and work in a dynamic environment. Own Responsibility & Structure: You work structured, reliable and address tasks in a solution-oriented manner. Digital affinity: You are safe in handling MS Office, Canva and other digital tools. Hands-on-Mentality: You like to pack up, stay flexible and keep track of short-term requests Language skills: You have fluent German language skills in word and writing (CEFR level C1 or higher).
