Technical and professional troubleshooting: With your technical expertise, you are responsible for the full functionality of our Home & Garden and smaller industrial products and thus contribute directly to customer satisfaction. Ensuring highest standards: Carefully perform all necessary safety and functional checks. Also with warranty repairs, you make sure that our devices meet the highest quality requirements. Knowledge Generation & Documentation: Your precise detection of fault causes and solutions gives you important insights for our product and service development. Active process optimisation: With your analytical ability and your creative ideas, you contribute significantly to constantly improving our internal service processes and surpassing our service promise.

Foundation training: A successfully completed electrotechnical training – be it electrician, mechatronic, electrical installer (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Practical experience: Ideally you have professional experience in the repair, installation and maintenance of electronic devices, especially if you have already worked with household appliances or power tools. Communication capability: You can control German in a manner that is reliable in order to be able to effectively exchange information with colleagues about technical matters. Basic knowledge of English is a plus point. Ready for shiftwork: The work in the two-layer model is a matter of course for you. Night shifts are excluded from us! Digital competence: You are routined in dealing with common office applications, especially Google Workspace.
