Own-responsible costing of construction projects (crude construction/key construction) Analysis and evaluation of tender documents Mass determination and creation of performance directories Acquisition and Evaluation of Subcontractor and Supplier Offerings Development of quotations and yield calculations Support in procurement negotiations and project transfers to the building management Care and development of costing data and tools

Complete studies in civil engineering, architecture or comparable technical training Multiannual experience in the costing of building Secure handling of costing software (e.g. iTWO) and MS Office Technical understanding and economic thinking Self-employed, structured and careful working Teamability and Communication Strength Good knowledge of German in word and writing
