Your future job:

You are a Program Support Obsolesence Manager (m/w/d) for our customer Airbus Helicopters at Donauwörth location.

Your tasks:

• Management and follow-up of complex and international SS-Obsolescence contracts under your responsibility, including German customer relations and monitoring progress
• Implementation of obsolescence management, partly procurement contracts for new helicopters or support contracts for the German fleet in operation
• Implementation of the SS Obsolescence Management Policy, which includes the definition and implementation of End to End customer-oriented service solutions (German Change Board Member, GE)
• Continuous process of obsolescence management processes and tools (definition and implementation of customer-related obso processes and resources, SS representatives in the obsolescence transformation project)
• Representation of SS in the German OSC Plateau and support of the German OSC regarding the contribution of SS and escalation
• Coordination solutions within German support programs, German material support, German MRO and Head of Program Support Obsolescence Management
• Obsolescence Case Customer Impact (Business Case, Roadmap, ...) and Priorization / Definition of Obsolescence Solutions for the German programme fleet (Effects: short, medium and long term)
• Development and management of customer information / communication / decisions on obsolescence cases and implementation of suitable means of communication for the German programme for fleets in operation
• Management of the prioritization of the obsolescence treatment for the German program (H135/H145/BO105/BK117, XX) to support spare parts logistics to reduce order residues and improve the TAT of spare parts related to MRO design activities

Your profile:

• Complete studies in the field of aerospace technology, international management, engineering or a comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in project management and management as well as in customer support
• Professional experience in supply chain / logistics and contract management
• Configuration management experience desirable
• Secure handling of MS-Office, SAP and Google Suite
• Good knowledge of Windchill and TOM Obsoleszenz Management Tool
• German and English knowledge in word and writing
• French knowledge of advantage
• An English CV is required for this position
