In your role as a working student*in you support the further development and optimization of our reporting, shop and CRM systems You analyze data from SQL-based databases and specifically integrate them into existing structures Work with APIs to connect external systems and interfaces is also part of your task You work with SAP data structures and use them specifically for reporting and CRM purposes You identify potential for improvement in existing processes and systems and introduce ideas for optimisation The careful documentation of your solutions and processes completes your task area

You are an immatricated student*in in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science or a comparable degree course You have a strong understanding of SQL-based databases and relational data models as well as basic knowledge of APIs and interface technologies Data analysis, CRM systems and the e-commerce sector are of interest to you You are characterized by a careful and self-responsible way of working together with a quick understanding You have very good communication skills and have fun working in the team Ideally, prior knowledge of BI tools or program language complete your profile
