Head of Project Management (m/f/d)

Project management & coordination Technical and organisational coordination and supervision of all project-relevant bodies in the home Ensuring uniform project work and prioritisation and capacity planning of ongoing projects Support for complex technical, organisational or economic issues Project controlling & cost-effectiveness Monitoring of key project indicators such as dates, costs, coverage fees and risks Early detection of project deviations and introduction of appropriate countermeasures Close coordination with the commercial management of cost-effectiveness, follow-up management and accounting topics Project Responsibility Structured order processing after order receipt and moderation of kickoff talks Negotiations with contracting entities and general contractors on processes, changes or supplements Accompanying final settlement talks and clarification of complex or legal issues Processes and interfaces Further development of project management processes and optimization of cooperation between all areas Close coordination with management, commercial management, manufacturing and assembly

technical training or studies (masters, technicians, engineering, etc.) Multiannual experience in the project management in the craft, construction or project-oriented manufacturing environment Experience in managing employees or project teams Secure understanding of project calculation, cost structures and economic project management Experience in negotiations with contractors, contractors or general contractors Safe handling of MS Office and common project tools Representative leadership and decision-making skills and entrepreneurial thinking Structured, solution-oriented operation with high self-responsibility Communication strength and negotiation and conflict resolution competence Ability to motivate and develop employees
